I love to make money online and offline. Well at work I spend 8 hours per day on web 2.0 social networks. After that I'm doing my own small business. Cash flow is quite good. Real estate is good investment, market share real estate is for rich people, but I think that you know that ;)

I'm looking for business opportunities, a job or an internship. So my Business is doing great so far. I just started and I'm really enjoying it. I wanted to share my happy face :)

Most of my income is real estate. Having 10 years in small business gives me a relative advantage in knowledge and good ideas. Planning small business is the best way to avoid costly mistakes.
